Devin Thomas ITK AEB-L 230mm with custom Red Mallee Handle $450

I hate doing this but its time. For sale is an original ITK AEB-L 240mm Gyuto that has been reworked and rehandled by Devin. During the course of the reworking, it lost 10mm. It has been thinned by Devin and its performance is exceptional. The handle is Red Mallee. It is not been stablized. It is also no as slippery as stabilized wood when it gets wet. The knife is a couple of years old a nowhere near perfect, it has some slight discoloration that can be removed with a metal eraser. I can't find mine. It is sharp and will make it's new owner happy.
