Konosuke 240 Honyaki Gyuto, Like New

For sale is my Konosuke White Steel #3 Honyaki Gyuto 240 with western handle in excellent condition. I recently purchased this from Huw who used it only a handful of times. It was originally purchased from Chefs Armoury. I have not used it since purchasing, and as you can see from the pictures, it still has a mirror finish. Had a unicorn knife come up so I need to thin the collection to make purchase.

Awesome knife, being a poor university student, its still a long was off, if she ever hits 300 through price drops you let me know but in all honesty, what knife could possibly surpass that, youve sold some absolutely amazing knives.

Sorry. that is a typo. It is white steel #2

Collectors, i'd say. Wouldn't take it to work, that's for sure, but that is just me.

I've seen these in pro kitchens and are as able as any. Very good knives

I have no doubt about the superb performance...

Good price on this beauty and someone should grab it. Too bad it is out of my price range...
