Shig, Doi, Konosuke

Up for sale I have three amazing knives! I hate to let them go but as life changes, priorities change so i need to let a few more things go. Its officially been 2 years since I've been a chef! These knives deserve to be used! All prices are listed shipped CONUS.


First up is a 300mm Shig yanagi with custom stefan handle (ebony and rhodalite sp? spacer and endcap). This knife is brand new, it has never cut anything! Comes with blue box and ho wood saya. I'm Asking $925 obo.

Next up is a 300mm Doi Hayate sakimaru Takobiki #15. This is also a brand new knife still in wood box with all original packing material. Comes with ho wood saya still in bubble wrap. This thing is truly a beautiful piece. Looking for $1050 obo.

Last up is a 270mm kono fujiyama white gyouto with D shaped rosewood handle. This knife has just been sharpened up to 12K and slightly thinned and polished. Its a great knife, thin, razor sharp, smooth edges, great f&f. Comes with origional box and materials and ho wood saya. As i'm no longer a chef this just sits in the roll and deserves to be used! I'm asking $500 obo.
