Pretty santoku (yeah yeah) . . . mother's day project

I need a pretty santoku for a mother's day rehandling project. Folks got the kitchen and bathrooms remodeled and there's a lot of materials left over in the garage - I want to take a crack at a knife bar and santoku to match the new motif.

So, what I'm looking for . . .

- approx 180mm santoku
- stainless (probs vg10) faux damascus that's shiny and crap
- western handle
- chiseled/engraved kanji, on right side - nothing screened and no cheesy English or graphics

You know the type. There's a couple OEM knives floating around. Some have a "hammered" finish as well, but not necessary.

Honestly, the more obnoxious the better. Nickel damascus would probably be best.
