I just added a few pieces to the store HERE.
The gyuto in SG2 is one that I would prefer to keep but I just sent a check out for a new power hammer
D) so my wallet's pretty light at the moment. The handle shape is emulated from Hinoura's handle - which I'm just going to call a "kite" handle configuration from now on. It's a very comfortable style which is also provides a more positive grip than an oval.
