Hi,
I have come here to show my new knives. I purchase them when ever I can. I sell them on ebay or sometimes keep them for a time. I clean and sharpen them if needed. I have a new lot I just purchased. The largest one has a mark of a fireman running and he is carrying a ladder. It comes from Guelon France. I would like to know more about the knife before I try to sell it. It's to big for me to use at 14". I will list some pictures in a few.

I found out enough about my knife to just list it on ebay. If you want to see the pictures chef talk. It was where I started and they told me to try here. It was much easier to post pictures (for me) on their site. So if you have interest go their. I have the same name their also. I may be back later...
