Both the chef knife 8" and the parrer 5" are like new and never sharpen (very sharp factory edge). This model is no longer sold. Steel is zpd-189 HRC66 thay call it "MC66". The chef knife alone was 450$ and the parrer 300$

Comes with the magnetic closing box.

asking 500$ shipped from Sweden.
