Im looking for a Tanaka Ginsanko gyuto or a Kanehiro Ginsanko gyuto. Either in 240mm or 270mm size (slightly prefer the 240 though) all the usual vendors seem to be sold out of the Tanaka gyuto so I figured I would try BST. Please dont post suggestions of places i might find one for sale new(against the rules), however I wouldnt mind a suggestion through PMs. Thanks. :)
