Stainless clad chiku from knives and stones. Great performing knife nice kurouchi finish and very nice grind. Used a handful of times and never sharpened. Asking $200 shipped conus. http://www.knivesandstones.com/syousin-chiku/

Carter HG 185 on the cutting edge. I'm the second owner. Stainless clad white steel really nice handle, cool profile some scratches on surface. Alittle tlc and this is a winner. Asking $300 conus(less than I paid).

The hammering on the Chiku is unique. Can't say I've seen it before. glws!
