Toyama Noborikoi 210 Gyuto $200

Like new, used twice for brunoise mirepoix and large dice mirepoix. Never sharpened under JKI 4k stone and mainly stropped on loaded felt.
Really don't want to sell this and will retract if necessary only because she cuts like a dream. Not a laser by any means but really reminds Me of a shig or kato.
