my father in law is a worker in a stainless steel factory when he was young . he is an intractable old man he always think the knife of our kitchen is not good . he is always not satisfactory with what we bought . one day when i back home ,i found a very thick knife .it looked so heavy and clumsy . my father in law told me he made it by himself and he spent almost 3 months to finish it . he was so exciting when he was talking about this . i was so shocked ! i tried it just once because it is too heavy for me . but i have to admit that it is very great when you want to chop . :wink:
