I just have too many knives and there are some that don't get used very much, so I have decided to cull my herd. My first offering is the original 240mm "Spicy white steel" core, San Mai Gyuto with flamed maple handle made by Devin. Very lightly used, sharpened only twice while I had it. Asking $750.00.
