I am seriously contemplating acquiring a Kono Fujiyama blue damascus Sakura but this idea of a reactive damascus cladding is a bit of a worry.
The Sakura version has the highly polished flowers pattern, I suppose they will eventually take a patina and lose their mirror finish?
What are the guidelines to keep a reactive knife in mint condition?
The knife itself looks incredible but I am not sure how I will be able to maintain the looks. I would really appreciate tips and experience!
