Beginner’s Sharpening Set
All you need to get started sharpening and keep your knives sharp!
Naniwa Aotoshi 2K Green Brick (“Green Brick of Joy”), very lightly used. A medium grit stone, that is coarse enough to remove metal to establish a new edge, but fine enough to leave a nice finish for general kitchen use. You very may well complement it with coarse and fine stones down the road, but this will get you started.
Idahone Fine Ceramic 12” Black Rod for touch ups between sharpening sessions.
Sharpening Stone Fixer (pink), brand new, never used, purchased from Korin in NYC, to keep your stones flat, and bevel the edges. This is a little on the small side at 6” x 2”, but it will certainly do the job
Deluxe Japanese Stone Holder, brand new, never used. Spring-loaded to securely hold stones in a range of lengths, soft rubber feet provide excellent skid resistance.

Looking for $85, including paypal fees and shipping in the U.S.
