As the other WTB is a total shot in the dark, I'll put up one of the other knives I'd love to try... A Heiji carbon gyuto, open to length, Gesshin or not.
 
I offered a 210 on this forum, which is still available. Do a search, and PM if you want it...
 
Bump, looking more towards 240-270mm. I already have a 210 in SS. If you have an SS 210mm suji, that's a whole other thing...
