I have for sale a lightly-used, very well-cared for Ittosai Kotetsu (also the same knife as Hattori HD) 210 mm gyuto. I'm hesistant to sell this knife, but I have too many 210 mm gyutos at the moment, and I need to fund my next purchase, possibly a Takamura R2.
