I'm watching Chef's Table episode 6 (season 1) on Netflix right now, and one of the dishes shown is served with a really nice looking damascus petty.
It's around 41:00.
Does anyone have any idea what it is?

He seems to have focused on the very high end chefs in Sweden and especially those in the northern end of the country. From his blog i saw that he has made som forks/knives for Fäviken and done only a few chef knives. Not sure how much research that went into crossection, but if he got some nice feedback and did his research they look terrific.
Tobbe is a really nice guy. He have been helping me when I have been having question on knifemaking. You can find more of his and my knives on Damasteels hompage. I even think that there is an Interview/presentation of Tobbe on their hompage
