Hi,
I bought this knife about 6 months ago and NEVER used it. We were supposed to move to a place with a much bigger kitchen and I just wanted to try a bigger Gyuto, so I ordered this one to start with. Heard great things about the blade and was planning to upgrade the handle.
Well, we stayed, board space is limited and a 240 is really all I will be able to use for at least another year. So I don't have much use for it.
The blade is really nice, the handle is Ho and plastic ferrule. So nothing special.
