Here I am asking for help again!! Just got a new job ive been after for a while. Really was hoping to get an Itinomonn KU Bunka 190mm before I start. They are now out of stock. Anything similar price wise and style wise you could recommend. I have a tojiro dp nakiri and crappy santoku. It wont be mass production work just where I need to be quick but not a smasher!!
