    Thank you Dave! Mickey - the Hankotsu never showed so the handle went onto this (now) beautiful Sujihiki!

    Well done gents. I like the simplicity of the handle too: nice wood body, ferrule, inlay… sometimes less is more. Really lets you appreciate the natural beauty in the wood.
