WA handles in EU or Japan

Does anybody know of some shops where I can get WA handles in EU or Japan?

I saw some on JNS and also La passion des couteaux. Unfortunately I do not find what I am looking for - burnt chestnut handle for my 150mm petty.

I tried also looking on Rakuten, but I am never able to find anything on that site.

I would send Maksim (of JNS) a PM or email and ask if he has any. He might not keep the webpage for handles as current as the knives and stones pages.

Yes JNS should have burnt chestnut handles. I'm a lefty so whenever I buy a knife from him he either reverses the D Ho wood handle or installs an Oct burnt chestnut

Burned chestnut isn't that easy to find, as long as you want one with a horn ferrule... in that case shooting Maksim a mail may be the best option. If the choice of the wood isn't set in stone, there are some sources for Wa handles in Europe:

There are a few in Sweden (2 at least, where Maxim uses one) and one in Russia that does custom.

Can someone post the custom ones links?
Wabocho is closed unfortunately, greg didn't say when he will be back in action.
Now that we are on the subject, how about sayas and sharpening in Europe?

Anton (icanhasczbrgr)) makes very good custom handles and he is near to you ( Russia ) I had two of his handles , I highly recommend him

Robin Dalman (on the kitchenknifefora) is good.
Mr.Magnus on this forum still makes handles for Maxim i believe.
