I think the low Canadian dollars has made tosho prices jump a little bit.

Today's conversion $375 CAD = $281.87 USD. CKtG price (NIS, though) is $268 USD without a $30 saya. Looks competitive to me.

You can bet that'd kick up when restocked, too. Anyway I agree it's competitive - not far off from the ginga.

FWIW, in September, 2010, a Konosuke HD cost $251.75. A $30 increase in five years is pretty reasonable. Look at what has happened to Murray Carter's prices in that time.

I miss this, one of the girls brought in a magazine, the us price was $5.99 and the canadian price was $5.95, I looked down and could only think, how the times have changed.

They also have this in the ebony handle for $75 extra.
