So there's no shortage or recipes online but I'm looking for one that someone actually recommends (rather than me just stumbling upon).
My workdays seem more and more hectic at the office and getting to sit down for a lunch hour is rare (don't worry Smurfmacaw I get Maksim's emails on my iPhone so can still jump at a Kitaeji of one pops up). I'm looking for something I can use as a wrap and pretty much put the salad, meat/greens or whatever I'd normally have in it; basically a one hand, on the go type thing.
I know I could just buy something pre made, but the wraps I've bought before are pretty small and expensive, and I've found I can generally make whatever I'm after just as good or better than I can buy.
So if you've got anything that isn't some sort of top secret family tradition you plan on taking to the grave please let me know.
