Hello from Texas (my very modest collection inside)

Hi everybody,

I'm new to the forum. I live in Houston, Texas. About 9 years or so ago I bought several pieces of Wusthof's Le Cordon Bleu to make myself a knife set. The chef's knife was broken by a roommate and replaced with a Grand Prix II. Those had been my knives before an interest in some better cutlery found me recently.
