I swore when I bought this, it would never be back on B/S/T I guess preferences change...... A fully custon Tilman Niolox 270 Gyuto. Was custom made for a Left handed member of the forum......... As he noted in the OP, it's not very Asymmetrical and thats why as a righty I bought it. Well he was right, it was more than suitable for me as a right handed cutter. Scarcely used. Asking $400 shipped ConUs.
