I recently asked Sam if he could thin and sharpen a Forgecraft boning knife for me. I wanted the knife as thin as it could be but still maintain minimal flex, as sharp an edge as could be reasonable maintained, and I needed it back in two weeks for a butchering demonstration.
He delivered across the board and made it look pretty as well. 8 days from out my door until return. Great communication. Great service. Great price. I wish I could find a "happy camper" smiley.
