    Stainless San Mai Gyuto





    Specs:
    416 stainless/ 1095 with pure nickel between layers.
    Bubinga and Blackwood Handle by Isiah Schroeder
    215mm long
    3mm at spine
    48mm tall at heal
    142 grams blade weight
    199 Grams total weight.

    A Christmas gift to my Mother finished today!

    Nice looking knife! However, the very edge looks funny after the choil shot picture zoom up 10x...it's just me??
