    It is a stainless, high wear resistance, ample flex for delicate work, yet rigid enough to be counted on when the need arises. G10 for ultimate protection from unwanted bacteria and disese causing germs. I find if useing a saya, the knife looses its feel and production is reduced.

    Fully stainless huh? So I guess if I wipe it off more than a few times, I'd just be playing with it.
