    The normal advice is for quality don't buy a set, but that is one quality set there!

    Can't take my eyes of that gyuto, what a beauty! The other knives are nice but they are for some reason not as fantastic as the gyuto... everything just blends so perfect on that one.

    I guess you have a very happy customer out there.

    And while im at it: nice boner!

    "Nose to Tail" is a line or series of items by a company that is launching soon, carrying, ...well, darn near everything for the culinary minded person. From utensils, clothing, aprons, knives just to name a few...
    They will go on line in a couple weeks. They do have a web site, that can be previewed, but not searchable yet.
