    Beauties Pierre.

    That filet knife is something.

Also, make a note, I want the pin/s in my fork to look like the ones on the first knife in post #78.

Hope you're back on your feet too Pierre, and if not, that you are enjoying some delicious painkillers and bad movies (again).

    NEW BONING KNIFE

CPM 154 blade, hand rubbed finish @ HRC 61

    Mirrored stainless bolsters

    Stabilized dyed spalted maple burl

    Mosaic pins.

Spine and choil are rounded, edges broken and rounded on bolsters, and the spine in the handle is mirror finished, 'cause i'm a sucker for punishment...

Thanks for looking! ( I hope the new owner doesn't mind me putting up pics )

Cool knife! The handle is a bit different, and it looks great. Nice work, big guy!

I had a client ask for "clean and tidy" simple, not overdone. Materials to take a lickin'...
So I have a 240 mm western chef, CPM 154 blade @HRC 62, stainless bolsters, vulcanized fiber spacers, G10 scales, 2 stainless pins, and one mosaic.
    Thanks for looking! Comments wecome!
