Hi all new member not so new to J- knives.I'm a pro cook who loves sharp things.I went down the rabbit hole a little over 3 years ago . And haven't looked back J- knives are very addictive. I'm having so much fun collecting and using my collection at work. So this forum sound like the perfect place for me.looking forward to reading new topics and posting my thoughts.thanks

I work at Alexandra's at turfvally in Ellicott city
 
Alexandria, VA here, but pass by that was occassionally for work. Went right by EC yesterday. Kostantinos and marc4pt0 run 2 kitchens each in Inner harbor and Fells Point, respectively. Welcome to KKF!
