I bought this knife from JKI before Jon developed his Gesshin line of knives.

This suji became a drawer queen not too long after I bought it. At about the

same time I also picked up one 210mm and one 150mm petty. Both of those

ended up in my knife block and the suji has been unused for quite some time.

The knife was only used a few times and is in very good condition.

I'm asking $200 which includes the saya, shipping and PayPal fee. Shipping is CONUS only.

Sweet knife, sweet price. Would be perfect "one" knife for sushi prep and service, steak portioning, bbq and a host of other applications.

Would be heading my way if I wasn't fat on sujis already.
 
This really is a nice knife. Easy to sharpen and will take a fine edge. The steel is tough enough to hold the edge much longer than you'd expect.

Jon's high standards towards carrying quality knives is quite high with Ashi Hamono making the cut so you know this is a very fine knife indeed.
