Hello everyone,

greetings from a knifenut, based in Hamburg, Germany. I've been reading in your forum a few years now, but never posted anything... So I think it's time to get more active
Not a pro cook, but an ambitious hobby cook at home and I'm collecting, using and testing kitchen knives and stones for some years now, mostly japanese and german knives of all forms and shapes.

I'm especially interested in the great custom kitchen cutlery shown here from all the american, australian... makers :knife:
