Years ago, Marko started a group buy for a custom watanabe kiritsuki shaped gyuto. I believe it's 5-6 years ago. Just wandering if anyone in here still has it. Not much about it has been mentioned in this forum as I been looking for for it for the last few days.
It came really thick, bulky and too heavy but after it was thinned down its such an amazing knife I am still using it till now. But it's only at 220mm instead of 240mm when I first got it. But overall I think it's such a great knife. Hoping someone who has it will share their view on this knife against the other brands now like shibata kotetsu, yuki and others.
And also it could stop me from buying more knives as I got back to the pro kitchen again lol
