Shigefusa KU Santoku 165mm

Up for sale today is a Shigefusa Kurouchi Santoku, 165mm

This knife has been used gently at home, sharpened about half dozen times. I cleaned up the primary bevels with fingerstones, but there are still some 2k and 4k scratches in there. The handle was upgraded to an octagonal burnt chestnut w buffalo horn. Its a slimmer handle, comfortable to me and I have big hands, it would be perfect for someone with smaller hands. This knife is super stiff, more so than my katos, zero flex. The kurouchi is remarkably smooth and dark with a little texture. Comes with box.
