Finally after eight months of stress and hard work we managed to get in the Nordic restaurants guide of mitchelin 2016.
Vary proud to be part of this path, one star we coming for you 😀😀.

First picture it s a crispy pork belly with creamy polenta, mix cabbages kale chips.
Second it s a white alba truffle which my brother picked for us.
Third it s a duck **** 😉,with grilled endive salad, balsamic breased onion,selsefi and raspberry and red wine souce.
Last it s a risotto with time, frog 🐸 legs and a gremolata powder.
