One of my cooks is looking for a 210-240mm stainless clad or semi stainless gyuto to complement his KU. Would also be open to similar knives, no lasers.
 
210 Knives and Stones Tanaka Ginsan gyuto? Brand new, pm me if he might be interested.
 
If I hadn't picked up a 240 prototype at the same time I'd be keeping it hehe.

A, You need to change header to bought and mod will close it. (Or the other way around...) I'm much more versed in buying knives than in selling them.
