Mirror Polished Stainless 210mm Gyuto from Ashi Hamono for Sale

Selling this knife I haven't had a chance to use yet, its just too small for me (I prefer 240-270)
Its a mirror polished knife, brand new in box
I'm 90% sure from Ashi Hamono and in Swedish Stainless but not 100% and the length is 210mm
the handle is Ho wood with black buffalo horn ferrule
the knife is super thin and light, you can see for yourself in the choil shot

Ashi charges roughly $50 per side to mirror polish, it definitely drives the price up a bit

It definitely does. Polishing anything cost a boat load of and money and time.
