I have posted several more stabilized blocks of Box Elder Burl in my store.
For those who are not familiar with Box Elder it is in the Acer (maple) family. But a softer version of maple so it isn't used much for furniture projects. The characteristic that makes it bad for other projects makes it great for stabilizing. When stabilized it has a significant weight gain and it finishes up beautifully. Beautiful golden/off white coloring and very 3 dimensional burl figure. There are about 15 stabilized Box Elder blocks in the store right now and more being added as I get them cleaned up and photographed.

These are a couple examples.
