Just checking in. Work as a chef in a small town not far from Copenhagen. Joined here because it seems like a great forum. Looking forward to particepate :D

I have several F. Dick knifes. I'm planning to make a change and substitute most of those with J-knifes.

Another thing I will look into is sharpening - must be in the right place, right Dave :D
