Hows the sharpness? I think the edge retention will be insane, but will that effect the sharpness?
Devin sharpened it before sending it out. It might hit the stones later this week.
I thought that AEB-L was the ultimate kitchen knife steel. Now I need to know what the mystery steel is.
All Devin would tell me is that it should hold an edge better than 52100. It is a carbon steel.
That's a damn fine looking knife,I can't wait for a review.
