I’m thinning the herd. For sale: Kochi 210 mm gyuto. The is the stainless cladded carbon steel version with kurouchi. Never used, except for testing on a few veggies. It comes in the original box. A great cutter and my favourite workhorse knife, together with the Kato.

Price: US$ 200 or EUR 185. This includes worldwide insured shipping from the Netherlands with tracking and 3% Paypal fee.
