    Getto sous vide

    I was playing around today with my vac bagger and threw some fingerling potatoes in a bag with some butter, parsley, a clove of garlic and salt and pepper.

    The bath was 130 degrees in my 30 year old crock pot for 7 hours.

    Sorry no,as my Dad used to say- I was busier than a one arm wall paper hanger.
