Hi everybody, I'm hoping to strengthen Europe congregation of forum members
I got hold of misono ux10 chef knife somehow and recently bought a set of naniwa stones from another forum member recently.
My plan for now is to learn to sharp on stones and then expand my knifes to a full working set for home use, maybe a slicer and a petty in future. So I will be bothering you all with some questions in the future.
