Man I was really eyeing up that honesuki, but it was sold by the time I got to the site =(

Thanks guys. I'm going to try to get a couple more in the store within the next month. I'll be offering honesuki's more often as it's a single bevel the average home user can really put to use, and cause singles bevels are the bees knees. Always need more single bevel.
