I have been collecting Chicago Cutlery since 1980. Walnut handles of course. I am always on the lookout for something different, so I hang out on Ebay. Have gotten a few of the walnut handle classics. Love refinishing them with steel wool, lemon oil and mineral oil. They are all on display in the CC Blocks or on magnetic strips with either walnut or maple. Anyone have a complete list of the knife model numbers and possibly date of manufacturer please? I use all of them, they are not just a "trophy knife" just to be displayed.:mustache2:

Welcome koikeeper.

Would be nice to see some photos about your collection.

That part about the sake and beautiful women sounds good.

I just posted a test image from cell phone using directions Austin posted earlier today. Android was Easy Squeezy.

I use a real PC for everything. Tower and all. :)
Perhaps I can't post as I am a newbie?
