    Does Anyone Here Read Gastronomica?

    I've been slack and have a lot of unread issues, but that food and culture journal out of the University of California is really fun to read IMO. It's nice to take a break from the subtleties of knives, edges, and steel every now and then.

    Since I love Food Science I would love too but it's a steep price tag. Maybe I should ask for it for Christmas?

    During my stint in culinary school I used to read it as they had it in the library, good publication.
