I bought this gyuto 1 an half year ago.
I used it in a pro kitchen the past year (not so often)
I was always carefully using it.
Sharpened four time.
The core steel is aogami super.
Damascus cladding with a kurouchi finish!

Bought it for 300 usd plus shipping and I am selling it for 200 usd (including shipment to eu)

The knife it s 243 mm long on the cutting edge
49 mm tall.
I am in my parents house and they have a really bad scale so I can't really be sure but it S 178 gr.
The knife get super sharp and hold the edge for a quite long time.
I wouldn't sell this knife but I need to recollect some fast money and it S the only one I brought with me in my trip to Italy which I can sell.the others knives I have with me are katos 😁.
Slicendice I am not open to trade, but pm anyway, who knows maybe you something I would like to try in a near future 😉
 
Just a short question - you have mentioned in other post earlier this year that you have Yoshimitsu with blue #2 core. So is this one super blue or blue #2? Just curios.
