Several gyutos for sale. First, a Heiji semi-stainless. Sharpened once by me. $230 shipped.

Next, a pair of Toyamas, 210 and 240.

The 210 has been sharpened once by me. I'm also responsible for knocking a bit off the tip at some point (fraction of a mm). $190 shipped.

The 240 still has the OOTB edge. $240 shipped.
