Got this ikeda Damascus from cleancut.se a while ago.
Never used so much, because I got two of them.!
When I got The knife was without handle and I add to it a brand new rosewooden one.
Super thin edge, nice convex grind with the heel and the spine rounded ootb.
The cladding it S very beautiful, I polish off the patina.
Sharpened only one time, it S missing a little tiny part of the heel because it S got stuck in to my chopboard. (easy to fix)
I paid almost 400 usd without handle, asking 340 usd with a new handle on it.

Yoshimitsu nakiri 165 mm, was my main nakiri for many years.
This knife seen a lot of work and many sharpening session, but still full of live.
Has a ebony handle with pakka wood ferrule.
The steel is sg2, hold a great edge and in this particular knife it S easy to sharpen.

Paid 200 usd, I am asking 85 usd
Shipped inside eu for free, outside of eu I will share half of the shipment cost with the buyer.

Cheers matteo

Since it looks like it has been diligently thinned (struck me as positive when looking at the pics!), there is a good chance of it falling through ... the ingredients :)

😊😂😂
Yeah both knives are very good and cut perfectly 😊don't really want to sell them but I really need to make room...... 😑
